Jennifer Michelle Greenberg Bio
Jennifer Michelle Greenberg is a survivor of 21 years of child abuse, domestic violence, emotional abuse, and sexual abuse. Despite her traumatic upbringing, God worked in her heart from a very young age and gave her the faith she needed to endure and recover. Today, she is happily married with three little girls and lives in Houston, Texas.
Jennifer has released several award-winning albums, including At The Back Of The North Wind (2003), Keep Silent; A Collection of Ancient Carols (2006), and Serpent Tales & Nightingales (2010). She also sang lead vocals on Jason Greenberg’s progressive metal album, Orisonata (2014).
This year, Jennifer will not only release her fourth solo album, Symbiotic, but her debut book as well. Not Forsaken is being published by The Good Book Company on September 1, and chronicles the spiritual and emotional recovery milestones following abuse and trauma.
Jennifer has been reviewed by Christianity Today, Houston Chronicle, and featured on NPR, FOX 26, and Great Day Houston, just to name a few. She has been commended by Tori Amos for her work benefiting abuse victims, and by President George W. Bush and Governor Sarah Palin for her charitable work.
Jennifer and her husband live in Houston, Texas and attend Cornerstone Orthodox Presbyterian Church.
